CAPTAIN SAMS
We cut banding short today so that we could go out to Little Bear and start putting up the nets. It was slow and in a couple hours of banding we banded 5 new birds and had recaptures of 6 species.
LITTLE BEAR
We got out to Little Bear around 10:30am and by 2:30pm all 28 nets were up and the banding table was set up. It was hot and buggy but the crew worked tirelessly through the adversity to get it done. Thanks all!
We plan to start running Little Bear on Friday.
