FOS: Chestnut-sided Warbler and Clay-colored Sparrow (September 18, 2017)

Captain Sam's

With a constant sprinkle of birds throughout the morning, Captain Sam's ended up capturing 58 new birds and 6 recaptures.  Today was the first day we have had net 21 open since hurricane Irma. We closed at 11:30 today because of the heat.

Little Bear

It was a slower day at Little Bear, but we made up for it with some exciting birds, including FOS Chestnut-sided Warbler, Clay-colored Sparrow, and Tufted Titmouse. We ended up with 17 new birds and 11 recaptures of 19 species.
