Slow and Steady

 Captain Sams:

Captain Sam's has remained steady with a slow influx of new birds and plenty of recaptured ones. An exciting new bird for the season was a Swainson's Warbler, which was not caught at this sight last year. Some usual favorites included hatch year and adult White-eyed Vireos, a Downy Woodpecker, and a Carolina Chickadee.
