Winds today blew in a new species

Today was a gusty day, with winds over 20 mph.  We were only able to open 15 nets and had to close more as the day went on.  However, we got some nice birds despite the short day.  Another Sharp-shinned Hawk showed up, as well as our third White-throated Sparrow.

We also got a first-of-season, an American Robin.

Hopefully the winds will die down by tomorrow and some more robins will show up.
